My feathers are ruffled

| I love these old dinner menus from the Holland-America Line. I want more! I also want to know what Crème à la Reina is. |

i did a quick search and found out that 'a la reine' usually means that it's a dish containing white poultry meat, and often mushrooms or sweetbread. my guess is that creme a la reine is a creamy soup with chicken and mushrooms.

Oh, Duff. You are just gonna die, cause I have a ton of these old cruise line menus! A friend gave them to me (his grandfathers) because he thought I might want them- being a chef and all I guess. They are beautiful and hilarious! Maybe I'll pop a few of my favorites in the mail to you! They make a great wall display for a kitchen etc.
