Like at school

I don't know why, but I really want a pull down map - you know, the kind that used to be rolled up above the chalkboard in elementary school? We didn't have a map of France in my little classroom in Iowa, but if I had one in my house today this is the one I would want!

I may or may not be able to find you one of those in the antique shops near my apartment :)

Yes please! But how on earth would you get it back home? Hmmm.

I bet you wish you could go back to Berkeley now. That one cool guy at Alameda flea market had tons of them! The pull-down anatomical charts were also pretty awesome.

And I don't think they were that expensive. Maybe $50-$100 each.

Wow, the pull-down map is really a relic of a bygone era. How charming. xoxoxo

Yes, I love old maps too. Especially the pull-down variety!

Pull-down maps are so fun. I was always fascinated with them in school. They're there and then they're not! I have a huge antique-style world map on the wall in my living room. It's not pull-down though.
