My BFF

On my first day of Kindergarten I met a girl named Brenna. I thought she was the best thing around and we quickly became best friends. We've made it through twenty-five years of life together so far, including Middle School (which should really count double, don't you think?) Brenna is here for a visit this week and I'm so excited to host her. I don't think we'll go rollerskating, but you never know.

ahh your skates are awesome!! It's fun hosting friend's that don't live around, my best friend lives elsewhere as well so I can understand how excited you must be :) Have lots of fun!

Wow, I too have a best friend since Kindergarten! Her name is Cleta, our two little families still make time to go on vacation with each other every year. She just started taking sewing lessons and sent me an apron that she made. Congrats on your friendship!

It's too bad we didn't get to set up the present-day version of this priceless photograph...maybe we'll have to do that in the fall in Michigan :) It was great seeing you and your new (albeit temporary) life in Berkeley. XOXO ~ your BFF
